This is a traditional Japanese meal principle which is well-balanced, low in fat and sugar. It is high in protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals and fermented.

The theme in January and February is “Menopause and detox”. I have been adding some key ingredients in my daily diet and surprisingly my menopause symptoms have gone. I can’t wait to share this experience with people!
