This is the second class we’ve been to and as before Kazuko is a great teacher, the food excellent and we came away with a much better understanding of the ingredients and techniques used to prepare them.

What a lovely Japanese cooking lesson with Kaz today. My sister and I cooked Ramen and learnt a lot about all the different Japanese ingredients. Very informative and fun. At the end we sat down and ate it along with some soy chicken wings and a yuzu cheesecake . All excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful morning at Kazuko's Sushi Masterclass for Teens. The boys learnt so much about Japanese food and nutrition in such a brilliant accessible and entertaining way. Food preparation great fun, tasted outrageously good! Thank you so much Kazuko!

We had a lovely time with Kazuko making sushi and having a delicious 3 course meal. She is super friendly and helpful and she gave us some great advice for preparing sushi. We learnt about some new ingredients we had not tried before. Great experience overall and I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Japanese food.

We had a wonderful afternoon with Kazuko for my son's birthday. We made very tasty sushi and all were very proud of ourselves. Kazuko is very calm and patient with the children and a pleasure to invite into our home.
