We had an absolutely amazing time doing the Ramen course. Kaz went into detail about all of the ingredients and process of cooking it, we learned so much and went home with a pot of miso to make some at home! 🌞 Since we have recreated it several times and has been so tasty. We will definitely come again for another course 🎊. Highly recommend!!

I have just completed Kazuko’s miso from scratch course and loved every minute. Kazuko’s extensive knowledge of Japanese cookery techniques, nutrition and gut health is obvious. The courses are relaxed and enjoyable and often cover other food related topics. During this course Kazuko taught us to make white miso from the raw ingredients and then made us a delicious light supper, making the whole evening fantastic value for money. I’m looking forward to my next course!

We really enjoyed the ramen cookery class. It was very informative, Kazuko was a great teacher and the food was tasty. We were able to cook a vegetarian option and we’ve practiced what we have learned at home. I would definitely book again for a different class.

Kazuko's gyoza making workshop was a really fun way to spend a rainy Winter evening. She took us through all stages of the process clearly and added so many interesting pieces of information about Japanese cooking and ingredients. The gyozas were delicious, and so was the yuzu cheesecake Kazuko had thoughtfully made for us as a reward for the 'hard work' of chatting and enjoying ourselves! I will definitely do another workshop with Kazuko.

Lovely hospitality, very welcoming. Small group, intimate setting. We had a great time - learned a lot about the food itself, the different types of ingredients and where to get them, and also about Japanese culture. Excellent experience - would highly recommend.
