Kazuko was very knowledgeable about ingredients and itβs nutritional properties and it was very interesting to learn about the traditional Japanese way of cooking. Food was delicious! We did the Nigiri and Maki master course and in addition she made gyozas and a lovely matcha cheesecake. The course was excellent, not only did we learn how to make them but also Kazuko taught us about each ingredient and what makes it so special! The quality of her food and ingredients is also amazing. What a fabulous experience. We have been on many cooking courses but this was by far the best! Kazuko is welcoming and knowledgeable, not only did we learn how to use the ingredients we also learnt about areas of Japan and where the best ingredients were produced. We have come away feeling confident in our abilities to recreate sushi at home and with comprehensive written instructions to help us. We will definitely be back to learn how to make Gyoza's.
