such a great afternoon doing the festive sushi course with kazuko! the experience overall was wonderful - it felt less like an organized course and more like learning from a friend (which is the experience we were hoping for). kazuko explained beyond the ingredients and steps, such as why certain ingredients are used often in Japanese culture. we are hoping to come back for more courses so we can hangout with and learn more from kazuko!

Fabulous day at Kazuko’s Japanese Table! From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt completely at home. We each made 20 gyozas using fresh, authentic ingredients and had a fabulous dessert afterwards. Kaz’s knowledge and passion made this experience very special. Would 100% recommend - a perfect gift!

We went to the Christmas Sushi session and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kazuko is a great teacher with a wealth of knowledge of Japanese cuisine which ultimately meant we had the best Sushi we’ve ever tasted! We’ll definitely go to another class.

Will definitely be coming again! The Temari sushi class was everything I hoped it would be and more. Kazuko was an amazing host and the small intimate group meant I felt comfortable to ask questions if needed. Last but not least the Temari sushi we had created was beautiful and most importantly delicious! (See images attached 😊) Would recommend to anyone! A small slice of Japan in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Wow what an fab evening! We learnt how to cook ramen and also had two authentic Japanese courses lovingly prepared for us by Kaz. Highly recommend the three course dinner - you will not leave hungry 😋

We had a fantastic time with Kazuko learning to make gyoza. The session was well organised and easy to follow with Kazuko's excellent teaching. She explained things really well and helped us if we needed it. She was also a very interesting person to talk to and very welcoming of us into her home. We did this as a birthday treat and would highly recommend it.

Kazuko was such a good host, my daughter and I cooked and ate some wonderful food - miso noodles with pork belly, fried chicken wings and a lovely cheesecake for dessert. Looking forward to booking another session!

I can't wait to come again!! Such a lovely morning spent at Kazuko's making Temari sushi, absolutely beautiful and delicious. The class was really relaxed and fun! It was easy to have fun, talk and ask questions in a cosy home environment. As well as learning a lot Kazuko had also prepared recipes cards for us to take away so we can recreate at home, which is so lovely. When we sat down to enjoy our creations and Kazuko treated us to tea and a yummy homemade yuzu cheesecake. 10/10 will be back for another course. :)
