In this course, you will learn how to make 2 kinds of rice balls, the best ever Karaage chicken or salmon, Dashimaki Omlette and 2-3 vegetable dishes along with my homemade miso soup and dessert. The menu changes seasonally, well-ballanced based on the theory of holistic meal. 3 hours course.
